The Finance Ministry has imposed a definitive anti-dumping duty on wheel loader imports from China. The anti-dumping duty will be valid for five years unless revoked earlier. The revenue department imposed an anti-dumping duty from 18.84 per cent of CIF value in US dollars to 82.71 per cent of CIF value depending on the producer. A ‘nil’ duty has been imposed on wheel loaders produced by Liebherr Machinery (Dalian) Company. JCB filed the plea seeking a anti-dumping probe on wheel loader imports from China. Wheel loaders are used across engineering and industrial applications.
