Tata Motors has always been at the forefront of anticipating the industry and sector requirements and providing innovative product and service solutions. The Tata Motors Construck Transit Mixer and Boom Pump series provide a wide range of technologically- advanced concrete solution products – best suited to the application and the customer’s business requirements. This series has been developed grounds-up keeping in mind the unique requirements of the Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) solution business such as faster turnaround and lower total cost of ownership. The specially designed 28-tonne and 35-tonne vehicle platforms in these series cater to 6/7/8/9/10m³ transit mixer capacity drum sizes and ensure that the customers can choose the right product for their business. A custom-built long-wheelbase platform for Boom Pump equipment on the 28-tonne product configuration ensures stable pump operations. Select drum sizes (6m³ and 7 m³) are available in fully-built vehicle configurations, thereby maximising their earning potential. Features Reliable and powerful Cummins ISBe 6.7L and 5.6L, and Tata Motors 5L Turbotronn engines, ensure a wide range of power nodes (250hp/220hp/210hp respectively) best suited for RMC applications. Their high torque rating at low rpm, coupled with a wide flat torque curve ensures less downshifts, superior driveability and enhances the fuel economy of the vehicles. These vehicles also feature three unique technologically advanced drive modes – Light, Medium and Heavy – giving the driver the freedom to choose the best power-torque combination based on the load-terrain-speed requirements. These inherent features maximise vehicle productivity and minimise the fuel consumption for the vehicle, thereby ensuring higher revenue and lower operating costs. These products have been specially designed and configured for the RMC transit mixer and boom pump application. Its straight frame chassis is robust and durable to sustain the cyclical loads of the transit mixer’s rotating drum and also to sustain the dynamic loading of the boom pump. Heavy-duty aggregates on the vehicle ensure sustained reliability which is critical to the concrete solutions business. The all-new iCGT brake system ensures cooler braking operations thereby improving the brake life by up to 40 per cent. They also result in enhanced tyre life. These reliable vehicle aggregates reinforce the Power of Lower Total Cost of Ownership, through sustained lower operating costs and lower maintenance costs and at the same time ensure higher uptime and higher revenue for the operator. Comfortable and safe driving experience These vehicles provide a fatigue-free driving experience in the comfortable and spacious Signa and Prima cabin. The adjustable Tilt and Telescopic steering wheel and the self- adjusting driver seat provide the appropriate seating posture and comfort for long drives through city traffic and also on bumpy semi-urban and rural roads. Conveniently placed blind spot mirror and rear-view mirrors ensure utmost safety at work sites. Optimal fleet management The Construck Transit Mixer and boom Pump series comes with the standard fitment of Fleet Edge – Tata Motors’ next-gen digital solution for optimal fleet management, to further increase the uptime and reduce the total cost of ownership. Owners and operators can remotely track their vehicle, the vehicle performance, driver’s performance, fuel economy and also get instant notification in case of fuel theft. The Fleet Edge is offered with a free subscription of 6 years. This series comes with the best-in-the-industry warranty of 6 years / 6000 hours*. Tata Motors also offers Sampoorna Seva 2.0 and Tata Samarth – the company’s commitment to commercial vehicle driver welfare, uptime Guarantee, on-site service, and customised annual maintenance and fleet management solutions. These services can be suited to the customer’s unique business requirements. *T&C apply
