Appaswamy launches luxury residential project in Chennai

Chennai-based Appaswamy Real Estates has launched a premium residential apartment project in Kotturpuram. Mandarina Kotturpuram, a Spanish styled residential apartment project, being developed on 28 grounds of prime residential land (one ground = 2,400 sq ft) will offer 61 apartments and three large villa type apartments.

The project is claimed to be based on Spanish inspired design and the company will offer fully fitted out apartments with ACs, designer kitchen with hob, chimney and wardrobes, besides Italian marble flooring for living and dining area and wooden flooring for bedrooms.

The project also offers high-end sanitaryware with shower cubicles, video security and wi fi. Common features will include a clubhouse, swimming pool and kids pool, fitness centre, indoor games, terrace party area and landscaped garden among others.

Mandarina largely comprises three-BHK apartments in sizes ranging between 1,587 sq ft and 1,847 sq ft, and four-BHK units in sizes ranging between 2,484 sq ft and 2,774 sq ft. In addition, it has four units of 1,093-sq-ft two-BHK apartments. The apartments comes with a launch price of Rs 15,500 per sq ft.
