Casagrand To Invest ₴8,000 Crore To Develop Projects

Despite the fact that there are a lot of unsold flats in the Mumbai metropolitan area (1,93,908 units), the Chennai-based reality company Casagrand recently declared its intention to invest 8,000 crore over the following three years.

Arun MN, the managing director of the company, revealed to reporters on Monday his aspirations to construct 20 million square feet in Mumbai and Pune. After the Prestige Group of Bengaluru, Casagrand is the second significant player to investigate the market in Maharashtra.
