Emaar Properties aiming to complete delayed projects in India

Emaar Properties is likely to complete all delayed projects in India, comprising of 10,000 units, by the end of next year. As reported, the Dubai-based real state giant has accelerated the execution of the projects after receiving funds.
The company’s is reportedly focussing on completing all the existing stalled projects; and so, it has increased its workforce by bringing the number of labourers up to 9,000 from 7,000.

The company, as reported, believes the real estate sector to be a complex and challenging area, and is aiming to build a strong organisation. Much like their Dubai business, the emphasis on India will be more speed and customer-oriented.

Emaar’s Indian business has already completed more than 5,000 units in the past two years. It is expected to soon get a CFO in India.
