Embassy REIT has been awarded a WELL Portfolio Score across all its business parks pan-India. With a score of 49 in its first year of participation, Embassy REIT scored above the global average in 6 out of the 10 wellness-related parameters assessed, recognising it as a front-runner in advancing the concept of sustainability in the Indian commercial office sector. The portfolio was ranked in the top 5 per cent globally by IWBI in terms of area and number of people impacted. Embassy REIT also achieved a 100 per cent score in the ‘Movement’ parameter, highlighting the integration of physical activity and fitness into everyday life at its business parks. HCC Net Profit Stands at Rs 2.28 Billion for Q4 FY25

Hindustan Construction Company (HCC) reported a standalone net profit of Rs 2.28 billion in Q4 FY25, a sharp increase from Rs 388 million in Q4 FY24.
