Assetz launches 701 premium plots near 190-acre lake in Bengaluru

Assetz Property Group has announced The Secret Lake, a 44-acre luxury plotted development on IVC Road, Devanahalli, Bengaluru. Offering 701 plots ranging from 1,200 to 2,000 sq. ft., the project is located near a pristine ~190-acre lake and just 10 minutes from the upcoming Foxconn Centre. Developed with Equinox Global Shelters, the layout integrates human-centric planning with over 20 acres of open spaces, including 6.8 acres for premium amenities and 4.8 acres of landscaped greens. ABB India reported standalone orders of Rs 42.80 billion in Q1 CY2026, a 25 per cent year-on-year increase, supported by strong demand across electrification and motion businesses.
