KSV Developers' residential project launched in Chennai's Guindy

According to a press release by KSV Developers, it has launched a premium residential project in Chennai. The upscale apartments called ‘The Point’ in Guindy overlooks the Madras Race Course and Gymkhana golf course. It is an IGBC pre-certified Platinum Green home project.

The project is spread over six grounds with 16 signature apartments - each 2,260-2,360 sq ft. KSV Developers is a real estate development company started in 2010 by the promoters of KSV, a construction company, to build and promote residential apartments and commercial buildings, says the company press release.
