The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) is set to engage in a private partnership for operations and management (O&M) of the Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut semi-high speed trains. NCRTC is mandated to implement India's first Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) project in the Delhi-NCR.This mobility system will not only improve regional connectivity but will also help to promote sustainable and balanced urban development in the NCR. The assigned operator will be responsible for the O&M.
