Rajesh Shrivastava, General Manager-Product Strategy, Dealer Development, Terex India, is a BE (Mechanical) and an MBA in Marketing, with 18 years of experience. He has worked extensively pan India and with international dealers of earthmoving equipment, having guided them towards high levels of operational and financial efficiency and the delivery of the highest buying and usage experience of Terex products. While embedded as a Strategic Consultant to five-to-eight dealers pan India, he ensured the turnaround of auto and earthmoving equipment dealerships, further ensuring they are EBITDA positive on a sustained basis and start generating income for the future scalability of the company´s businesses. The dealer force in strategically defined markets in India and South East Asian region were fully geared up to tap into growing opportunities of the backhoe loaders and wheel loader market. He believes that the earthmoving and infrastructure development products and application will be a high level of technology, changing the way customers buy, operate and profit from their machineries. For him, India is on the cusp of a major up-trend in infra development cycle, which will mirror that of China, or other emerging economies; which will overhaul the way customers interact with their products and companies.
