Cummins India a prominent power solutions technology provider, unveiled DATUM (Data Automated Teller Ultimate Machine), an Intelligent Fuel Management System, at CII EXCON 2023 in collaboration with Repos Energy. This strategic partnership aims to address the challenges faced by customers in fuel operations, including procurement complexities, pilferage, high dead-mileage, and unbalanced diesel inventory.DATUM leverages sensors and digital technologies to provide real-time updates on fuel inventory and consumption across multiple installations. The system offers a certified smart fuel storage solution that enables remote monitoring of fuel levels, issues low-fuel alerts, and facilitates 24x7 doorstep delivery of diesel, enhancing operational efficiency while reducing the carbon footprint.
