ArchChat foresees to have 30,000 new architects on board by 2020

ArchChat, one of the world’s first communication platforms for architectural collaboration related to any residential and commercial construction foresees to have 30,000 global architects on board by 2020 to ease communication among clients and different stakeholders related to any specific projects. The projection categorically is based on the extensive need for Organized Construction Project Collaboration Software to collaborate and avoid extended deadlines so that architects can increase the number of projects to be executed. The platform built on Amazon Web Services is a B2B2C approach to streamline collaboration between architects and clients to have everyone on the same page and cut down project timeline by 20 per cent.

ArchChat provides communication privacy among different collaborators and improves communication trackability by offering dedicated provisions for each space, drawing, design, and product. The platform promotes an internationally diverse community by letting collaborators chat in their own language while delivering them to another collaborator in their language.

Speaking about the first-of-its-kind concept in the architecture industry, Chetan K Singh, Principal Designer and Founder, ArchChat, stated, “All conversations on ArchChat happen for specific projects created by architects. Unlike other messaging platforms, the conversations on ArchChat are 100 per cent private among people who are communicating on any specific project. Being free to every user, only those people can join the conversations who are invited to communicate on a specific project.”

Singh added, “We focus on any project, which is in the range of small to medium size or in monetary terms any project up to Rs 5 billion is our initial focus. Irrespective of the project, be it residential or commercial, ArchChat only provides a robust backbone for the project communication.”

Keeping its focus more on small and medium projects currently, ArchChat also plans to reach out to the larger government projects in the near future keeping in line with the smart cities vision. Having the Google interface within the platform, any and every search for products and designs becomes a possibility with 360 degree communication solution for any specific projects. More than just a chat platform, ArchChat is a complete workspace, letting collaborators build personal design libraries, from which, any design can easily be shared.
