To design residences at its Supernova project in Noida real estate firm Supertech has tied up with fashion brand Armani Casa. Armani Casa is the home and interior design division of the Armani Group. Armani has also designed residences in Dubai and Mumbai. In India, Armani had earlier tied up with Mumbai-based Lodha Developers to design residences and common spaces of the World Towers project coming up in Upper Worli.

Lodha’s 117-storey residential tower will have apartments and villas, ranging between Rs 7.5 crore and Rs 50 crore. Supertech is the fifth in the world to partner with Armani Casa to come up with the designer apartments, RK Arora, Chairman and Managing Director, Supertech, said. The company is paying Armani a one-time fee for the exclusive rights.

Arora said the apartments would be available from 3,000 sq ft to 5,000 sq ft. The Armani designed homes would come up over our hotel project in the 55th tower and will be maintained largely by the hotel. The company is still in discussion to finalise the rates, he said, declining to divulge the price of the apartments.
