BuzzWorks Expands Hyderabad Presence with 50,000 Sqft Centre

BuzzWorks, the managed offices brand of Brigade Group, has launched a new 50,000 sq ft centre at Mindspace Business Park, HITEC City, Hyderabad. This expansion adds 1,000 seats to its portfolio and marks its second location in the city beyond Brigade-owned premises.

Designed around the ‘ModZen’ theme, the new centre blends Zen-inspired calm with contemporary workspace efficiency. It offers amenities such as a cafeteria, wellness room, collaborative zones, recreational areas, meeting rooms, and a boardroom.

Strategically located in Cyberabad’s IT corridor, the centre provides direct skywalk access to Raidurg Metro Station (650 m), and is well-connected to Gachibowli, Secunderabad Railway Station, and the airport.

“This expansion reflects BuzzWorks’ deliberate and demand-led approach to growth... designed to meet enterprise-grade expectations while reinforcing our commitment to flexibility, speed to market and infrastructure that enables business continuity and scale,” said Siddharth Verma, General Manager, BuzzWorks.
