BDI acquires Rajasthan’s largest affordable housing project in Alwar

Noted real estate developer BDI has acquired the largest affordable housing project under Mukhyamantri Awaas Yojana, Rajasthan. The project, Green Park, is the largest affordable housing project in the state, catering to the lower income group (LIG) and economically weaker sections (EWS). The project was earlier being developed in a JV.

 Located in Chikani, Alwar on Alwar-Bhiwadi Expressway, the Green Park project enjoys strategic location being accessible to several international schools and upcoming cargo airport in Kishangarh.

Says Sumit Berry, Managing Director, BDI Group, “The USP of the project lies in its strategic location and being a true value for money. Replete with modern amenities, the project will fulfill dreams of thousands of owning a dream home.”

Spread over 32 acre, the project comprises one-BHK (for EWS category) and two-BHK (for LIG category) apartments. The LIG flats are 1,760 in number, each spread over 350 sq ft, whereas EWS number about 180, each having an area of 550 sq ft.

Nestled in greenery, the project boasts of state-of-the-art amenities such as 24 x 7 security, swimming pool, beautifully landscaped gardens, jogging track and children’s play area.
