Geopreneur Group unveils affordable luxury homes

Geopreneur Group has launched its second project ‘Ekta Apartments' in Mumbai. Spread across 1,017 sq m, this housing project comprises 64 apartments of two, two-and-a-half and three BHK configurations, of which 17 have already been sold. Each of these apartments is spread across 1,090 sq ft for two-and-a-half BHK, 805 sq ft and 1,000 sq ft for two BHK and 1,455 sq ft for three BHK. Ekta Apartments offers a range of amenities including a roof top garden with children-friendly and a well-equipped play area, high speed elevators with power back-up for less tension while living in a high-rise, fitness centre, CCTV camera surveillance and rainwater harvesting. The project is slated for completion by December 2017.
