Jain Housing launches Avalon Springs in Chennai

In Chennai, Jain Housing has launched the Avalon Springs, a six-acre residential project, at Potheri off the GST Road. The project with over 152 apartments of two- and three-bedrooms is offers houses between Rs 31 lakh and Rs 45 lakh. The houses are distributed across four blocks of stilt plus four-floor buildings.

Apartments range from 870 to 1,220 square feet priced at about Rs 3,095 a square feet. The units on the top floor are priced lower at Rs 2,995, referred to as non-premium’ units, according to company representatives. The delivery will be in about two years from the launch later this week. Amenities include children’s play area, basket ball post, party lawn in the open space reservation area and indoor games facilities and gymnasium. The location gives residents the access to well developed infrastructure including rail and road transport, educational institutions and commercial facilities, said the company.
