A parcel of land at a prime location in Whitefield, Bangalore has been bought by Godrej Properties Ltd (GPL) in an outright transaction to purchase deal. Godrej Properties is one of the top real estate project developers in India, and in recent years has received over 250 awards and recognition. The land parcel offers 2.4 million sq ft of saleable zone principally comprising residential apartments, and it spreads across 18 acres of land.

One of the largest residential and commercial real estate markets in Bangalore is Whitefield. The land parcel bought by GPL is situated near the yet to be developed metro line connecting Hopefarm Junction with Whitefield. The well-situated site offers an extremely well-developed social and urban framework with various hospitals, retail, residential, commercial spaces and school in close proximity.
