Puranik receives Rs.300 cr from KKR

Puranik Builders will receive Rs 300 crore under an agreement with global investor KKR for the financing of two residential projects in Pune, Abitante and Aldea Espanola. Aldea Espanola follows a Spanish style of architecture, and Abitante is an Italian-themed project, spanning 45 acre with one, two and three-BHK residences. Three phases of construction in Aldea Espanola have been completed and the remaining 3.5 mn sq ft of construction for both projects, worth Rs 2,500 crore, is expected to be completed in five to six years.
