Arkade Developers has launched Arkade Evoke, a luxury residential project in Goregaon West with a gross development value of Rs two point three billion (bn). The project marks the developer's eighth residential development in the Goregaon-Malad belt and occupies one point zero nine acres close to Arkade Bangur Nagar metro station which supports residential demand in the western suburbs.
