Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (UHBVN) and Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (DHBVN) have approached the Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission (HERC) seeking relaxation of rules that govern recovery of fuel and power purchase costs.
