BuzzWorks Leases Hyderabad Office to MyComplianceOffice

Brigade Group’s managed workspace provider BuzzWorks has leased 550 seats at Mindspace Business Park in Hyderabad to Dublin based MyComplianceOffice, in what is the company’s largest office in India. With this signing, BuzzWorks' total leased office space in Hyderabad stands at zero point one one million (mn) square feet. The new premises will house core functions including product engineering, product management, customer success and global operations. Artificial intelligence enabled compliance technology initiatives will also be part of the local delivery model.

BuzzWorks will provide workplace infrastructure and amenities intended to enable seamless scaling of India operations and to support MyComplianceOffice’s plans to grow its local team. Company executives characterised Hyderabad as a key market for global technology enterprises and described the partnership as a reflection of BuzzWorks' commitment to future-ready facilities and world-class amenities. The firm said the development demonstrates a focus on creating strategic growth environments that empower global delivery models.

MyComplianceOffice established its India entity in 2023 and its Hyderabad office became the company’s largest globally within two years, supporting plans for further team expansion. The firm regards India as central to its long term innovation and growth strategy and has positioned the Hyderabad office to drive product and operations workstreams. MyComplianceOffice provides integrated compliance management software that enables 1500+ global financial services firms across 128 countries to operate efficiently and compliantly. The platform offers 30 products on a single system to assist compliance professionals in managing obligations and regulated activities.
