BuzzWorks Enters Mysuru and Unveils 2026 Multi-City Plan

BuzzWorks, the managed workspace provider of Brigade Group, has launched its first centre in Mysuru with the opening of Brigade Vantage on Vinoba Road. The new facility offers 500-plus seats and is located within the 0.13 mn sq. ft. Brigade Vantage commercial campus that combines enterprise-ready infrastructure with design elements inspired by Mysuru's cultural heritage. The move marks BuzzWorks' strategic entry into a maturing technology ecosystem where Grade-A managed facilities are relatively limited.

The company presented the centre as a plug-and-play environment intended to enable corporates and global capability centres to expand into the city without compromise on infrastructure or compliance. The launch forms part of a larger multi-city expansion blueprint for the financial year that will see BuzzWorks extend its footprint in Bengaluru and Chennai. In Bengaluru, the brand will add centres in Brigade Tech Gardens in Whitefield and at Brigade Elysium in Varthur, while expanding within the World Trade Center campus at Brigade Gateway Complex in Rajajinagar.

BuzzWorks reported growth of over 100 per cent compared with the last financial year and stated that it is on track to double its portfolio this financial year. Beyond Karnataka, the provider will debut in Chennai at Brigade Tech Boulevard, a move that seeks to leverage Chennai's 25 per cent growth in GCC activity and the city's strengths in BFSI and automotive engineering leasing. Across new locations the strategy is to provide a distributed portfolio that meets evolving corporate needs and supports startups as well as large enterprises.

Founded in 1986, Brigade Group has developed projects across residential, office, retail, hospitality and education sectors and has shaped skylines in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mysuru, Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram and GIFT City. BuzzWorks forms the group's managed office and co-working arm and will target demand from GCCs and startups with Grade-A centres across Mysuru, Bengaluru and Chennai. Company contacts and further details are available on the developer's website.
