Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited, in joint venture with Tata Projects Limited under TCC Construction, has handed over Towers B and C under Cluster 1 of the Worli BDD Chawl redevelopment project in Mumbai.The two towers comprise 552 residential units and follow the earlier handover of Towers D, E, F, G and H, which together account for 1,380 units.The large-scale redevelopment project forms part of Mumbai’s urban transformation programme and is aimed at providing modern rehabilitation housing while maintaining high standards of structural safety, durability and construction quality.According to Capacit'e Infraprojects, the project incorporates advanced structural engineering suited to high-density urban development.
