DMart to Anchor Family Hub at Aditya World City

AU Real Estate has recently announced the addition of DMart at its flagship retail destination, Family Hub, located within Aditya World City. Planned across four levels, the upcoming store will be the largest retail anchor in the Aditya World City and Wave City micro-market, strengthening the region’s organised retail ecosystem. The store is expected to open soon.

Once operational, DMart will provide a comprehensive one-stop shopping experience, further reinforcing Family Hub’s positioning as a premium retail and lifestyle destination. The development already houses brands such as Zudio, Hira Sweets, Chayos and Geetanjali Salons, offering a balanced mix of daily essentials and lifestyle offerings.

Commenting on the development, Ashish Agarwal, Director, AU Real Estate, said the addition aligns with the community-first vision of Family Hub and responds to growing demand for organised, large-format retail in the catchment, while strengthening the corridor’s role as an emerging commercial and lifestyle hub within NCR.

The upcoming DMart forms part of Family Hub’s broader strategy to bring trusted national retail brands closer to residents across Aditya World City, Wave City and neighbouring developments. Known for value-driven pricing and a wide product range, the store will cater to a rapidly expanding residential base in the region.

Family Hub has been envisioned as a next-generation lifestyle destination integrating retail, dining, entertainment and open leisure spaces. Features such as landscaped gardens, musical fountains, an amphitheatre and water features aim to deliver an immersive visitor experience, complemented by pop-up market zones and a dedicated gaming and entertainment area for families and young adults.

With a blend of everyday convenience, experiential retail and expansive green spaces, Family Hub is steadily emerging as a key lifestyle address along the Ghaziabad and NH-24 corridor.
