AU Real Estate To Develop Cosmos Corner In Ghaziabad

AU Real Estate has announced plans to invest Rs 12 billion (Rs 12 bn) in a new residential development in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The developer will launch a 5.6 acre project named Cosmos Corner in Siddharth Vihar, which will comprise approximately 831 residential units. The move aligns with the developer’s broader strategy to deepen its presence in the Delhi-NCR region.

The project carries a total estimated investment of around Rs 12 bn and is expected to generate a projected revenue potential of nearly Rs 16 billion (Rs 16 bn) on completion. The development will add to the growing housing inventory in the region and is positioned to serve increasing buyer demand. The development is intended to broaden options for local homebuyers across segments.

The company indicated that the site has been selected in view of enhancing connectivity and local infrastructure, and its director, Ashish Agarwal, described Siddharth Vihar as emerging among promising residential locations in the National Capital Region. The statement highlighted improving infrastructure and steady housing demand as drivers for the project’s outlook. The company said design emphasis will include community amenities and landscape elements to appeal to families.

AU Real Estate said it continues to expand its footprint across Delhi-NCR with multiple ongoing residential developments in key micro-markets and the new project will form part of its portfolio strategy. The announcement was sourced to PTI. Company officials indicated further updates on sales launch and construction milestones will follow as the project progresses.
