Godrej Buys 14-Acre Land in Pune for Housing

Godrej Properties Ltd has acquired a 14-acre land parcel in the Kharadi–Wagholi area of Pune, with plans to develop premium group housing. The project is expected to yield around 3.7 million square feet of saleable space and generate estimated revenue of approximately Rs 42 billion.

Strategically located near major commercial hubs in Kharadi, the site offers connectivity to key infrastructure such as schools, hospitals, shopping centres, and the Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj International Airport.
