Mastek reports 2.8% quarterly revenue growth; PAT rises 5.9% in Q2 FY26

Mastek, a trusted AI-first digital engineering and cloud transformation partner, announced its financial results for the second quarter of FY26 ended 30 September 2025, reporting consistent growth across key metrics. Commenting on the results, Umang Nahata, Chief Executive Officer, Mastek, said, “We are pleased to deliver another quarter of consistent performance, with revenue growing 2.8 per cent quarter-on-quarter in rupee terms. Growth was led by strong traction in the UK and Europe, driven by healthcare and secure government services, alongside continued momentum in Digital Engineering and AI-led transformation programs. Operating EBITDA margin improved by 46 bps to 15.5 per cent, while PAT rose 5.9 per cent sequentially.” Financial Highlights (Q2 FY26): • Revenue from operations: Rs 9,404 million (up 2.8 per cent Q-o-Q; up 8.4 per cent Y-o-Y) • Operating EBITDA: Rs 1,455 million (up 6.0 per cent Q-o-Q) • PAT: Rs 974 million (up 5.9 per cent Q-o-Q) • 12-month order backlog: Rs 24,843 million (up 13.2 per cent Y-o-Y)

In USD terms, revenue from operations stood at $108.2 million, reflecting 0.8% Q-o-Q and 4.5 per cent Y-o-Y growth. The company added 13 new clients in Q2 FY26, with a total of 314 active clients, and maintained a strong cash position of Rs 6,561 million. Attrition improved to 18.5 per cent from 19.5 per cent in the previous quarter.

Key Wins: Mastek secured several large deals, including: • A multi-year partnership with the UK’s Central Government Department for Immigration Services to modernise visa and asylum digital platforms. • A US Gaming Control Board project to streamline regulatory operations using Salesforce Public Sector Solutions. • Cloud and AI-led modernisation contracts across healthcare, manufacturing, and enterprise clients in the Middle East, Europe, and North America.
