Governor Urges Punjab CM to Act on Janta Land Promoters' Projects

In a recent development, the Governor of Punjab has urged the Chief Minister to take immediate action against two projects by Janta Land Promoters (JTPL). Concerns have been raised over the alleged violations and irregularities in the projects, prompting the Governor's intervention.

Janta Land Promoters, a renowned real estate company, has been facing scrutiny regarding two of its projects - JLPL Falcon View and JLPL Regency Heights. Both projects are located in Mohali, Punjab. The Governor has instructed the Chief Minister to investigate the alleged violations and ensure appropriate actions are taken.

The Governor's intervention comes after receiving several complaints from buyers and activists claiming that the projects suffered from various irregularities. These include deviations from the approved building plans, unauthorized constructions, and violations of environmental regulations.

Furthermore, concerns were raised about the lack of basic amenities and essential infrastructure in the projects. Buyers alleged that Janta Land Promoters failed to deliver on the promised facilities, compromising the quality and standard of living in the residential complexes
