India Sotheby's International Realty has formed a strategic joint venture with Interiors With Art, a London based design practice, to raise the benchmark in ultra luxury living in India. The venture will offer bespoke end to end design and architecture consultancy for ultra high net worth and high net worth individuals across India's growing luxury residential market. The alliance links local transaction and advisory strength with international interior design expertise built over 24 years. Leaders indicated the aim is to deliver highly personalised, turnkey residences.

Interiors With Art has established a reputation for discreet, world class interiors for private global clients, including royal families and business leaders. The creative director brings over 35 years of international design leadership and has studied at leading institutions, while senior management combines business and operational experience from international firms. The studio emphasises understanding a client's lifestyle and long term vision and uses immersive visual tools, curated material libraries and structured systems to reduce uncertainty and avoid costly changes.
