India Sotheby's International Realty Joins Interiors With Art In JV

India Sotheby's International Realty (India SIR) has entered a strategic joint venture with Interiors With Art Ltd. (IWA) to elevate the benchmark for ultra-luxury residential living in India. The collaboration will provide bespoke end-to-end design and architecture consultancy for ultra-high-net-worth and high-net-worth individuals across India’s expanding luxury housing market. Interiors With Art brings more than 24 years of experience in the United Kingdom and an established record of delivering world-class interiors for global billionaires and royal families.\n\nAmit Goyal, managing director of India SIR, indicated that the alliance will combine IWA’s design legacy with India SIR’s leadership in the Indian luxury real estate sector to create a distinctive value proposition for clients. Leadership at IWA is led by experienced practitioners who emphasise craftsmanship, privacy and tailored living environments. The practice’s methodology focuses on understanding client lifestyles and curating material and technical resources to reduce uncertainty and maintain project momentum.\n\nIWA’s leadership roster includes Shailja Vohora, whose more than 35 years of international design leadership and specialist studies have informed a practice that integrates arts, textiles and artisanal traditions into culturally layered residences. Sanjay Sharma provides strategic and operational direction, drawing on an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and corporate experience in the United States to drive operational rigour in complex projects.
