Nayasa partners Unicommerce to scale e-commerce operations

The collaboration comes as digital adoption in the homeware segment accelerates, with Unicommerce reporting a 46 per cent year-on-year rise in order volumes and 29 per cent growth in GMV during the recent Valentine’s sale period.

Under the partnership, Nayasa will deploy Unicommerce’s integrated order and logistics management platform to streamline backend processes, enable real-time inventory visibility and improve fulfilment efficiency. The integration is expected to reduce errors, optimise courier allocation and enhance delivery timelines.

Commenting on the development, Manasi Sachdev, Director, Nayasa, said, “Digital commerce is no longer an extension of our business, it is a core growth engine… we are building a more resilient, technology-driven fulfilment ecosystem to support sustained national growth.”

Kapil Makhija, MD & CEO, Unicommerce, added, “The home and furniture segment continues to demonstrate robust online growth… enabling scalable, data-driven operations and enhancing customer experience.”

The move reflects Nayasa’s focus on technology-led expansion as competition intensifies in India’s growing online homeware market.
