Opptra Partners With Unicommerce To Scale Brands

Opptra has partnered with Unicommerce to strengthen and scale its e-commerce operations across India, the GCC and Southeast Asia.

Under the partnership, Unicommerce’s flagship Uniware platform will support Opptra’s order, inventory and fulfilment operations as the company expands its portfolio of more than 33 consumer brands across Asian markets.

Opptra, founded by Flipkart co-founder Binny Bansal, operates as an AI-native e-commerce distributor. It manages a brand’s end-to-end online operations, including marketplace management, pricing, advertising, content, fulfilment and customer service.

Through Uniware, Opptra will manage orders, inventory and fulfilment across warehouses, stores and sales channels from a single dashboard. The integration is expected to provide a connected operational backbone across the markets served by Opptra.

Unicommerce’s platform offers more than 350 integrations with marketplaces, logistics providers, shopping carts, POS systems and accounting platforms across India, the UAE and Southeast Asia. Its regional capabilities, including local language support for labels and invoices and taxation support in the UAE, are expected to help brands simplify cross-border commerce.

Ranjit Babu, CEO, Electronics & General Merchandise at Opptra, said the partnership will help Opptra manage fragmented marketplaces, compliance and fulfilment networks through a unified view of orders, inventory and fulfilment.

Kapil Makhija, MD & CEO, Unicommerce, said the partnership brings brands onto an integrated AI-led commerce technology stack designed to automate operations, improve decision-making and support scalable commerce capabilities.
