Jenika Ventures marks five years of growth

Jenika Ventures has completed five years of operations, marking a milestone in its growth as a real estate consulting firm focused on transparent processes, market expertise and customer-centric service delivery.
Over the past five years, the company said it has strengthened its position as a trusted advisory partner, helping clients make informed decisions on property transactions. Jenika Ventures attributes its progress to core values centred on integrity, professionalism and long-term relationship building, which have supported its performance in a competitive market.
Commenting on the milestone, Abhishek Raj, Founder and CEO, Jenika Ventures, said the five-year journey reflects the trust placed in the firm by clients, partners and employees, and underlines its continued focus on innovation and value-driven growth.
Currently, Jenika Ventures operates across key Indian markets including Noida, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata and Gurugram. The company said it plans to expand into additional domestic cities in response to rising demand for professional real estate consultancy services, while also evaluating entry into select international markets as part of its longer-term global strategy.
As part of its next growth phase, Jenika Ventures is also investing in talent development, with plans to create new roles across advisory and senior management functions in both existing and new geographies. The company said it aims to attract professionals aligned with its vision of responsible and high-quality real estate consulting.
Jenika Ventures said its expanding market presence and clearer strategic direction position it for a new phase of growth in the years ahead.
