MSN Realty launches luxe towers project 'One by MSN' in Hyderabad

MSN Realty has forayed into the luxury residential market with the launch of its flagship project, 'One by MSN', at Neopolis in Kokapet, Hyderabad. Spanning 7.7 acre, the development comprises five towers of up to 55 floors, offering 655 spacious residences between 5,250 and 7,460 sq. ft. The project represents MSN Realty’s first step in its vision to develop over 20 million sq. ft. across Hyderabad in five years, backed by a planned investment of Rs 2,750 billion. As the real estate arm of the diversified MSN Group, the firm brings to the table a strong foundation of financial strength and credibility. Inspired by the Panchtatva philosophy, 'One by MSN' is designed for openness, natural light, and scenic views of Osman Sagar Lake.
