REnergy Dynamics Bags Two Waste To Compressed Biogas Projects

REnergy Dynamics has secured two waste-to-compressed biogas (CBG) projects from Refex Renewables, marking a commercial win for the renewable fuels developer. The projects will convert organic and municipal waste streams into compressed biogas that can be used as a transport and industrial fuel. The agreement reflects growing activity in the circular economy segment for decarbonisation.

Under the deal, REnergy Dynamics will undertake project development, engineering and commissioning using its existing technology and supply chain capabilities. The work will involve feedstock management, anaerobic digestion, gas upgrading and compression for distribution to customers. The company will also manage operations and offtake arrangements to integrate the CBG into fuel markets.

Compressed biogas provides a lower carbon alternative to fossil fuels and reduces methane emissions from unmanaged waste, supporting municipal waste management objectives. The projects will create local employment and establish new value chains for organic residues without requiring major land use change. Stakeholders regard such projects as contributing to national climate and energy security goals.

REnergy Dynamics intends to leverage these contracts to expand its project pipeline, attract further commercial partnerships in the renewables sector and scale deployment of waste-to-CBG facilities across multiple supply chains. The agreement with Refex Renewables demonstrates a trend of growing private sector collaboration across waste management, technology providers and fuel distributors that can accelerate conversion of organic residues into usable energy carriers while supporting circular economy objectives. The company will track implementation milestones, optimise operational performance and provide updates to investors and regulators through its regular disclosures.

Market demand for low carbon transport fuels is strengthening, driven by policy incentives and corporate procurement of sustainable fuels. REnergy Dynamics will invest in workforce training and technology optimisation to ensure reliable operations and cost effective supply. The projects will contribute measurable reductions in greenhouse gas emissions as operations commence thereafter.
