NBCC Secures Rs 4.90-Bn Work Orders in Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan

State-owned NBCC (India) announced that it has secured work orders worth nearly Rs 4.90 billion in Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan. The company, which is involved in Project Management Consultancy (PMC), Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC), and real estate businesses, made this statement in a regulatory filing.

According to the filing, NBCC (India) has been awarded a Rs 4.59 billion order for constructing Eklavya Model residential schools in Chhattisgarh. This order was granted by the Department of Tribal and Scheduled Caste, Chhattisgarh.

Additionally, the company has been given a Rs 300 million contract to construct a permanent building for the Composite Regional Centre (CRC) at Jamdoli, Agra Road, Jaipur. This contract was awarded by the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya National Institute for Persons with Physical Disabilities (PDUNIPPD), New Delhi.
