RIR Power Posts Rs 90.87 Crore Revenue In FY26

RIR Power Electronics reported standalone revenue of Rs 90.87 crore for FY26, up 5.41 per cent from Rs 86.21 crore in FY25. Adjusted EBITDA stood at Rs 10.58 crore, while PAT declined to Rs 6.72 crore from Rs 8.28 crore. The adjusted EBITDA margin stood at 11.64 per cent.

For Q4 FY26, the company posted revenue of Rs 23.95 crore, up 18.16 per cent sequentially but lower than Rs 26.46 crore in Q4 FY25. Adjusted EBITDA rose to Rs 2.46 crore from Rs 0.86 crore in Q3 FY26, while PAT increased sequentially to Rs 1.39 crore.

The company said cleanroom construction at its SiC semiconductor plant in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, has been completed, with plant and machinery installation expected to finish by July-end. Epitaxial wafer production is likely to be commissioned in the second quarter of FY27.

RIR Power also secured its first overseas order for 5 kV silicon-controlled rectifier thyristors, to be executed in phases by the end of 2026. The company also developed a 25 kV–120 kA capacitor discharge semiconductor switch for high-power electronics applications.

Dr Harshad Mehta, Non-Executive Chairman, said FY26 was a transformative year marked by investments in scale, efficiency and customer relationships. Managing Director and CEO N Ramesh Kumar said the company’s order backlog of about Rs 17 crore provides revenue visibility for the coming quarters.
