Rama Group launches luxury floors project in Raipur

Rama Group has launched Rama Eiko Luxury Floors, a premium residential phase within its flagship Rama Eiko development in Raipur, following RERA approval.

Located in Shankar Nagar, the project comprises 112 apartments across 16 towers, designed as a low-density community with one residence per floor. The development offers 4 and 5 BHK units ranging from approximately 7,100 sq ft to 12,800 sq ft, with 12 ft ceiling heights and private lift access for each apartment.

Designed by Rajeev Agarwal Architects and landscape firm STGK, the project integrates contemporary architecture with curated green spaces, with residences overlooking 1.86 acres of landscaped areas. Each tower has seven floors, with a penthouse on the top level featuring skylight elements and private terraces of around 4,500 sq ft.

Commenting on the launch, Prakhar Agrawal, Director, Rama Group, said, “With Rama Eiko Luxury Floors, we aim to create a living experience that goes beyond conventional luxury apartments… with a strong focus on exclusivity, low-density living, and well-designed residences.”

Amenities include a semi-Olympic swimming pool, amphitheatre, sports zone, jogging track, and golf-putting pitch, along with three parking spaces per residence.

The launch strengthens Rama Group’s presence in Raipur’s premium housing segment, aligning with evolving urban living preferences.
