Shapoorji Pallonji launches luxury residential project in Thane

Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate has launched the Shapoorji Pallonji SKYRAA, a luxury residential project in Thane.

It is one of the tallest towers in Thane, which would have 332 luxury apartments with configurations of 3 BHK and 4 BHK, varying from 1300 sq ft to 1600 sq ft. These apartments have been designed with large balconies and spacious bedrooms.

The buyers would be able to enjoy recreational amenities, including an exquisite Clubhouse known as Float on the 51st level and a Rooftop Sky Lounge, offering intriguing views of the city.

The clubhouse would also include a business centre with a large workspace, library, spa and salon, golf simulator, music room, and viewing deck.

A high street retail zone called the Impulse of 40,000 sq ft total carpet area would be constructed within the project premises.

The project is established on Pokhran Road No 2 which is adjacent to the Eastern Express Highway.

It is one of the most preferred residential areas in Thane. The location also has well-developed social and civic infrastructure like world-class hospitals, commercial hubs, education institutions, retail zones, and shopping malls.

The apartments are available in the price range of Rs 2.44 crore to Rs 3 crore besides additional charges.

The company is expecting a total sales culmination of nearly Rs 525 crore from the new launch.

Thane has evolved into a significant centre for infrastructure development throughout the years. He said that they have planned to introduce a new phase as they believe it is the correct time to provide the Thane micro-market with the best products.
