Tribeca Launches Estates Vertical for Premium Plotted Projects

Tribeca Developers, India’s licensed partner of the Trump Organization, has launched Tribeca Estates — a new business vertical focused on premium plotted developments, branded villas and hospitality-led real estate. Announced on 3 December, the company said five deals covering more than 300 acres along the Mumbai–Pune corridor are currently under negotiation as it prepares for a strong market debut.

Tribeca Estates aims to bring the company’s design-first philosophy to large-format developments, merging the emotional appeal of land ownership with curated, high-quality living experiences. The vertical will offer buyers an opportunity to build bespoke homes within master-planned environments, while also creating new avenues for hospitality partnerships and lifestyle-led projects.

“Land is the most permanent asset a family can own — and yet the plotted space has lacked imagination and trust,” said Kalpesh Mehta, founder of Tribeca. He added that Tribeca Estates intends to introduce the same design innovation, execution quality and credibility that defined its landmark residential projects to a segment that has long been underserved. “We’re not just selling plots. We’re enabling people to build a legacy.”

Calling the launch a transformational opportunity, Dharam Mehta, Managing Partner at Tribeca Estates, said demand for trusted, design-led land development is rising rapidly. “Our goal is to elevate the category by offering beautifully planned communities that combine the flexibility of land ownership with the aesthetic and service standards of luxury real estate.”

The plotted-land market has seen a notable rise in demand for low-density living. According to an industry body cited in the statement, 62 per cent of urban homebuyers now prioritise homes with larger open spaces, while 48 per cent view low-density formats as a key deciding factor.

Tribeca Developers currently has a portfolio of 13 projects spanning 14 million sq ft and valued at more than Rs 160 billion. The company is expanding rapidly, projecting Rs 20 billion in sales for FY25 and targeting Rs 35 billion in FY26. Among its achievements, Tribeca has built the world’s largest rooftop terrace — nearly three acres in size — and is India’s biggest developer of branded residences. Globally, it is the largest developer of Trump-branded properties after the Trump Organization itself.
