Township in Delhi´s Ghitorni may fund new secretarial complex

The government is planning to develop a smart township in Ghitorni, South Delhi, which can generate funds to build a huge new secretariat for the Central Government. The new office complex with modern amenities and technology will require about Rs 12,000 crore and therefore all options to raise funds are being explored. The total land in Ghitorni is around 340 acre.
