The Vikram-S rocket, developed by Hyderabad-based startup Skyroot Aerospace, is scheduled to launch between November 12 and 16, depending on weather conditions. The countdown to the historic launch of Vikram-S from ISRO's launchpad in Sriharikota has begun.

S Somanath, chairman of the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), had previously joined the Skyroot team in unveiling the mission logo. The mission is called 'Prambh,' which means 'beginning.'

Skyroot Aerospace announced the mission's launch on Twitter, thanking the chairman of ISRO for revealing the mission patch.
