Accor, ISH Launch Programme to Build Future Hospitality Leaders

Global hospitality group Accor has partnered with the Indian School of Hospitality (ISH) to launch a specialised Postgraduate Programme (PGP) in Sales and Revenue Management, aimed at grooming the next generation of hospitality leaders in India.

Developed in collaboration with Les Roches, ISH’s academic partner, the one-year programme blends six months of advanced classroom learning with six months of practical immersion at Accor hotels across the country. Participants will also receive pre-placement offers (PPOs), securing management roles before completing the course.

The programme is designed for professionals with prior work experience and focuses on equipping them with industry-relevant skills aligned with global hospitality standards. It comes as part of Accor’s broader talent development strategy to support its growing footprint in India.

The initiative underscores Accor’s commitment to India’s hospitality sector by developing a skilled, business-ready workforce capable of contributing from day one.
