Adani Group Posts Record H1 Earnings And Rs 678.7 Billion Capex

The Adani Group has reported a strong first half of FY26, delivering record earnings and accelerated capital expenditure as its core infrastructure businesses continued to fuel growth.

The conglomerate invested Rs 678.7 billion (USD 7.6 billion) in H1, taking its gross assets to Rs 6.77 trillion (USD 76 billion). The group said the investment pace keeps it on track to meet its full-year capex guidance of Rs 1.5 trillion.

Adani’s trailing 12-month EBITDA rose to an all-time high of Rs 929.43 billion (USD 10.4 billion), an increase of 11.2 per cent year-on-year. For H1 FY26, EBITDA stood at Rs 473.75 billion, with 83 per cent contributed by its core utilities, transport and infrastructure businesses.
