AXISCADES Wins Avionics Order For LCA Mk1A Programme

Bengaluru on 23 February 2026: AXISCADES Technologies Limited, a chip to product company and pioneer in aerospace, defence, electronics, semiconductor and artificial intelligence, has announced that its subsidiary Mistral Solutions Private Limited has secured a production order under the Light Combat Aircraft Mk1A programme of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited. The development was disclosed by AXISCADES in a corporate release. The transaction further advances the group’s engagements in defence electronics and high performance embedded systems.

Mistral Solutions will supply a Single Board Computer as part of the programme. The order is valued at approximately Rs 250 million (mn) and will contribute to supply chain localisation and indigenous capability development. All systems under the contract will be manufactured and delivered from AXISCADES' newly commissioned Devanahalli Atmanirbhar Complex facility located in the Bangalore Aerospace Park near Kempegowda International Airport. The facility has been positioned to support domestic production for strategic defence programmes.

The company indicated that the contract win underscores its manufacturing readiness and capacity to execute on defence programme schedules. Mistral Solutions was described as a leader in high performance embedded systems and defence electronics and the order is expected to consolidate its role in avionics hardware supply. AXISCADES emphasised that the work aligns with national initiatives to enhance indigenous design and production.

AXISCADES is headquartered in Bengaluru and operates globally through subsidiaries and offices in France, Germany, Denmark, the United States and Canada, with a team of over 3,000 professionals across 17 locations. The group stated that long term relationships with defence organisations, laboratories and original equipment manufacturers support its end to end product development and manufacturing capabilities.
