Brigade Lumina Launch in Bengaluru With Net Zero Carbon Focus

Brigade Group has launched Brigade Lumina, a net zero carbon residential development spread across four point one one acres in the northwest corridor of Bengaluru on Tumkur Main Road. The joint development has an estimated revenue potential of Rs seven billion (bn) and offers spacious two and three bedroom units ranging from around 1,100 to 1,800 square feet with large decks designed to maximise natural light. The development is described as a net zero carbon project reflecting the developer's focus on sustainability and climate resilience.

The developer indicated that northwest Bengaluru is a key focus area and that the project responds to an undersupply of premium housing in the corridor while leveraging metro connectivity as a major advantage. The project is planned with integration of renewable energy systems, careful selection of low impact materials, advanced water management and zero waste systems to maintain long term climate resilience. The design intent is to provide future ready homes that meet evolving expectations of urban homebuyers.

Brigade Lumina is located a five minutes' walk from Manjunathanagara Metro Station on Namma Metro's Green Line, providing direct links to major office hubs, schools and healthcare facilities. The community includes a grand 15,000 plus sq ft clubhouse and a suite of amenities for all age groups, including a futsal court, basketball practice court and a pickleball court. Residents will also have access to an expansive swimming pool with a jacuzzi and island seating, dedicated children's zones, a pet park and an outdoor gym.

Brigade Group, established in 1986, has close to four decades of experience and has developed landmark buildings across Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mysuru, Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram and GIFT City across residential, office, retail, hospitality and education sectors. The company framed the launch as part of its continued focus on sustainable developments and urban regeneration. For further information the press release listed the corporate communications contact for Brigade Enterprises Limited.
