CRC Appoints CBRE for Noida Flagship Facility Operations

CRC Group has recently appointed CBRE to oversee integrated facility management at CRC The Flagship, a large office-led mixed-use development in Sector 140A, Noida Expressway, nearing completion.
Spanning around 2.4 million sq ft, the campus-style project features Grade A+ office spaces supported by curated retail, F&B, and hospitality infrastructure. The development is in its final construction stage and is expected to be delivered in the third quarter of the year, catering to near-term enterprise demand in the corridor.
The project has been masterplanned by Benoy (UK), with architectural inputs from RSP and Vastunidhi Architects, alongside multiple specialist consultants. Its design focuses on efficient layouts, seamless circulation, walkability, and long-term operational resilience.
Under its mandate, CBRE will manage end-to-end facility services, including operations and maintenance, sustainability initiatives, technology-enabled systems, and predictive maintenance. The scope covers office towers, shared amenities, retail zones, hospitality areas, and public spaces to ensure consistent asset performance and occupier experience.
The development incorporates high-speed elevators with destination control, segregated vehicular circulation, and premium multi-height lobbies. It is IGBC Platinum pre-certified and integrates climate-responsive design, energy-efficient systems, EV-ready infrastructure, and a Building Management System to optimise performance.
CRC has also enhanced the adjoining green belt to improve environmental quality. The project is positioned as a future-ready office destination aligned with evolving enterprise requirements in the NCR market.
