Haver & Boecker Unveils 20-Year Adams Packing Innovation

Haver & Boecker marks 20 years of its Adams® technology, first launched in 2005, transforming packing across cement, building materials, food, and chemicals. The Roto-Packer® Rs uses fully enclosed Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) technology, reducing per-bag energy use by up to 50 per cent, minimising product loss, and enhancing weight accuracy and palletisation.
Capable of 400–1,200 bags per hour, the compact rotary machine ensures clean, efficient powder filling with easy maintenance access and advanced dosing units. For fine powders, the RST version uses a Turbine T-Module for optimal deaeration, while the RSL employs air filling modules, both lowering energy use significantly.
Enhanced with MEC 4.0 HMI and Quat²Ro® AI systems, the machine scans bags to prevent errors, monitors fill levels, and stops operations instantly in case of bag bursts. Bespoke consultation aids in custom FFS bag selection and design, boosting product protection and branding. Haver & Boecker’s global service team ensures smooth commissioning, training, and ongoing operational optimisation.
