Intellect Reports FY26 Income Growth And AI First Licence Surge

Intellect Design Arena reported a 23 per cent rise in total income for FY26 to Rs 31.61 billion from Rs 25.77 billion in FY25. The company said its AI first strategy drove a 34 per cent surge in licence linked revenue to Rs 16.67 bn. Platform revenue was Rs 5.8 billion licence revenue Rs 5.17 billion and AMC revenue Rs 5.7 bn.

Annual EBITDA rose to Rs 7.03 billion and profit before tax was Rs 4.93 billion. Collections reached Rs 30.43 billion and cash and cash equivalents stood at Rs 12.57 billion. In Q4 total income was Rs 8.84 billion, licence linked revenue was Rs 4.64 billion and quarterly EBITDA was Rs 2.21 billion.

The company advanced its AI first agenda through eMACH.ai and Purple Fabric. eMACH.ai comprises 700 microservices, 3,061 APIs and 942 events while Purple Fabric offers over 550 domain aware AI agents and delivers 95 per cent plus accuracy. Intellect secured 59 new deal wins and completed 91 digital transformations in the year, with 15 new customers and 25 go lives in Q4.

The board recommended a final dividend of Rs four and a special dividend of Rs three per share on a face value of Rs five each, subject to shareholder approval, with record date set for 24 July 2026 and payment due on or before 29 August 2026. Ms Sudha Gopalakrishnan will retire on 31 May 2026 and internal transitions will take effect from 1 June 2026 with Krishna Rajaraman moving to Head – Customer Delivery Experience and Prashant Lalchandani appointed chief technology officer. The company reported 125 patents filed to date, with nine granted and 111 in progress, and said analyst recognition validated its research roadmap.
